How Do We Ship?
We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail for most shipments, but may occasionally use FedEx. Shipments ship from our Madison, WI warehouse. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
For shipments via UPS & Fedex, we need a physical address as these carriers do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders ship within 24 hours. Tracking information will be sent upon shipping
If you live in or near Madison, WI we invite you to pick up your order at our warehouse. Check "free local pickup" under shipping options when checking out. We'll contact you after we receive your order and let you know when it's ready for pickup. In many situations that may be same day. Pickup hours are 9:00 - 5:00 pm Mon - Fri. We can sometimes accommodate after hour or weekend pickup. Just ask us!
We offer free delivery in Madison and Dane County, WI. Just check "local delivery" under shipping options when checking out.
We're located on the east side of Madison, WI in a neighborhood called Schenk's Corners. For those who are familiar with Madison, we're snuggled in between the Green Owl and Alchemy restaurants (lucky us.)

Do You Have A Retail Store?:
Technically, no. We're an office and warehouse - however we do have a showroom which is open for browsing & buying as long as we have the open sign up. This is generally 10:00 - 5:00 weekdays.
We'll also open up by appointment.

If you’d like to send a gift directly to the recipient, simply use your address as the bill to and the recipient’s name and address in the ship to. If there is a problem and you need to make an address change, please call 608/478-0026 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We also offer free personalized notes. During the checkout process you'll be given the opportunity to include a note or special instructions.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, checks and money orders. Your credit card receipt will read Nomadic Grill, Inc. which is our corporate name.
Backorders? Our products are usually always in stock. If an ordered item is out of stock, we’ll let you know immediately with an appox ship date. You’ll of course have the option of either waiting for the product or canceling.
Due to the large number of bulky items we carry, international shipping is only offered with a freight quote first. Email us with the item you're interested in and we'll get you a quote before buying.
What About Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico?
Please contact us at email@example.com for a freight quote. Smaller items can generally ship reasonably to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico, but big pieces such as our fire bowls are pretty much impossible to ship without paying as much for the freight as the product costs.
Returns: Nomadic Grill guarantees your complete satisfaction. Within 30 days of receipt you may return a new item for credit or refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 608/628-2978 to begin the returns procedure. For non-defective returns you must pay for shipping back to Nomadic Grill. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent to you in to receive full credit. We may (upon your request) arrange a UPS call tag to pick up your non-defective return, however we will charge the UPS call tag fee & freight cost.
Damage Claims: Please report products damaged in shipping as soon as possible. In some situations we can resolve by sending replacement parts to you or we may need to send you a complete replacement. Please email email@example.com with details and if possible include a digital photo of the broken item. You may also call 608/628-2978. We may or may not require the defective piece be sent back to us. If we do need it back, we will pay for the freight.
On architectural salvage items & antiques pieces are sold as is. We work very hard to describe and photograph the item accurately so you can see how the item will look when you receive it. We do not accept returns on this type of product, so if you have questions about a particular item, please contact us before purchasing and we'd be happy to help you out.
Most of our products are available for wholesale purchase. If you have a retail store and are interested in our wholesale program, please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get information. Please provide your store info and TAX ID# when you contact us.
